Whether large or small assets, we cover financing for all multifamily loan types including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Bridge, Debt Fund, Bank / Credit Union, and Pref/Mezz terms. All lender negotiations are based on our detailed methodology and decades of experience and relationships.
Office & Retail:

Atlas covers all market financing options including CMBS, Bridge, Debt Fund, Bank / Credit Union, and Pref/Mezz. Office buildings of all sizes are eligible including business centers, storefront shopping, single anchored tenant buildings, big box anchored centers, and more.
Industrial:

All market financing options including Bridge, Debt Fund, Bank / Credit Union, and Pref/Mezz are covered under our financing program. Warehouse, industrial buildings, and flex space are all eligible.
SF Subdivision:

We cover loans for construction of horizontal lots, paper lots, full property exits to home builders, and bulk lot sales. Lender types are banks / credit unions, debt funds, private investors, and hard money lenders. We do not cover single lots or single homes. 
Land:

Atlas covers loans for purchase of large acreage raw or developed land, including land to be used for agricultural use, carbon credits, commercial / retail, single family subdivisions, build to rent, and multifamily development use.  Lender types are banks / credit unions, debt funds, private investors, and hard money lenders. 
RV/MHP:

RV Parks and Mobile Home Parks are eligible for our services. Lenders include local banks, national banks, and private investors. Construction loans and purchase / refinance loans are available.
